The operations of the Harrachov – Čertova Hora chairlift during the 2014 summer season

Springtime has its own special charm in Harrachov. Nature transforms itself from a white winter motif into a hopeful garb of green and the aroma of the fresh mountain air is almost irresistible. Another way of enhancing a spring trip to Harrachov is to ride the local chairlift to Čertova hora. From there, it is possible to walk along the marked trail to Studenov and Ručičky and then to return to Harrachov via Rýžoviště. The walk is not physically demanding and you will be rewarded with beautiful views of the western parts of the Giant Mountains.

The chairlift from Harrachov to Čertova hora will recommence its operations after a short break on 18.4.2014, from when it will operate every half-hour between 9 am and 5 pm. During the summer holidays (July – August), it will also operate for an extra hour, i.e. from 9 am to 6 pm. Bicycles are transported free of charge on the chairlift.
